last Friday,,i got the chance to see CA2020 family again,,after a long period of Physical absence but never a period of Total Absence,,I had the chance to bring along new people to show what a great business I am in,,we finally got in the auditorium and got the chance to listen to a very simple and humble lady that does not show her age at all,,i believe our1 1/2 travel was longer than the 30mins of talk we heard from Ms. Betty Sung,,but i got the chance to listen to her key points to reach ELITENESS,,Integrity,,Honesty,,Dedication,,Commitment,,Hard work,,SIMPLE,,easier said than done,,but I can do it,,we all can do it..
then we proceeded to Mr. Shakey's place,,thanks to Raph and Jerson,,the 2 Jersons my guests had a better idea and an even open mind on what great group of people they have and become part of it,,then picture taking came,,at last I can go home and have my beauty rest,,but We where in for a very great surprise,,the Great Kuya PAX asked for 1, 2, 3 minutes of our time to say some parting words,,
its not the usual motivational speech,,not the usual "thank you for attending" speech,,not the corny "you all look great" speech,,its the kind of speech that really made me think of what i need to be really focusing and thinking,,at least that's what It made me feel,,
what we're doing is not what others call the NORMAL stuff,,this is what I realize of what normal is,,wake up 6am and be in a hurry to go to work,,leave by 8-9am,,continue to drive for at least an hour an a half ,,finding a parking slot that is not too hot and too far,,wait for my MDs for at least 30mins to an hour each and get to talk to them for just a minute,,eat late lunch for an hour,,wait another 3-5 hours for my afternoon MDs,,drive another 1 1/2 hour going home,,by the time I get home I'll be too tired to have a talk with my Mom or even other people,,some TV,,then go to bed,,that is what a NoRmAL day and everydays of a Medical Rep is,,
then i heard this speech,,WOW!!! i never wanna be normal again,,I'll do whatever it takes to become ABNORMAL,,as what I got form the 1,2,3 minute speech,,it got me thinking so much that what we're doing in our business school,,what we are in is not really normal,,looking for new people to teach for free,,then making a follow up to see and talk to the same people for another 3 sessions,,then making them invite their friends and family to come see what we do and talk about,,never asking for any monetary payment,,a cup of coffee would do for us,,then we make BLOG entries for everyone and anybody to see,,and we have to do our very own SPECIAL EXERCISE while saying our Declaration,,then we have to share our daily success,,this is what we do,,these activities is what make us,,each one of us,,
what others see as normal,,is not the path we want to take and will never again take,,what we're doing is our being,,what we're doing is sharing ourselves to everyone who wants to get out of the Normality of life,,
we believe that living life as normal beings is ok but is not what we are suppose to be,,we believe and know that all people is endowed with the seed of GREATNESS,,that's true,,read the Scriptures to check,,but because of the normality of our lives and while we're growing up,,that seed has never had the opportunity to sprout out of its shell and bloom and become a great tree,,a tree that can bear great fruits,never ending fruits,,
what we are is considered ABNORMAL,,but that's GREAT for us,,'cos by being NOT NORMAL we can exceed our grasp,,being NOT NORMAL we can go against the wave of all people and try to find people willing to change,,by being NOT NORMAL we can look beyond our own personal desires and realize that by HELPING OTHERS we achieve our own dreams,,

CREATE ABUNDANCE2020 BUSINESS SCHOOL
There comes a point in every person's life that he feels that he has more to give and yet more to still achieve. I came to that point specifically about 3 years ago.
My first 3 years as a Professional Rat-Racer-Salesman was the most fun and very financially fulfilling time of my very young professional life. I enjoyed all the money that came my way and would spend it all out on personal doodads. My company car was the greatest testimonial of that splurging lifestyle.
I was living the "instant millionaire" lifestyle. But as the years went by everything around me started to change. Then it finally hit me when I read my first book "Who Moved My Cheese".
It made me think that I was living the life that I wanted to live but not preparing myself for what it may bring me in the long run. I was thinking only short term and not long term.
Well as they say that life is like a wheel. My "lifestyles of the rich and famous" has already passed me by soo fast that I was left to start my new life from scratch again if not even deeper.
Now when I was already accepting my fate to be the best RAT in my company. I got a very angelic message from my friendster account. Who could that be? It says, "...Im forming a group of 15....Ive already got 10...be a multi-millionaire by 2010...start from zero..." Hmmmm,,,looks like a scam to me,,but what else can I loose when I have nothing more to loose? right? So one thursday after my usual routine J.O.B. I got to meet this Mr. Rovel. And as they say the rest is history.
Being part of the now CreateAbundance2020 Business School has really been the peak of the story of my financial life. I really thought that I'll just get through living with what I was doing. But right after I joined the group and invested and enrolled my life started to change continously.
I started to read and buy lots of books that was recommended by my coach and mentor. I see the world in a very different prospective where all possibilities are possible. I am forcing myself to grow as fast as I could cause they say "If you're not growing, You're Dying".
Meeting both Rovel and Marsel, the two pioneers of these very innovative and visionary type of business school has really been one of the greatest blessing for me. I can envision myself to where I want to be and who I want to be; (TEAM ELITE of course) and most importanly I must be more concern with helping OTHERS before myself. For we cannot reach our dreams by doing it alone. I've learned that by helping others first I get to accomplish my own goals without even noticing it. These two great people is really one of God's gift not just to me but to all who has nevrer given up on their dreams.
Now to everyone who has dreamed BIG before but somehow let their circumstances, their life, their job to just compromise with what has been given to them, I invite you to be part of our Business School. You'll get to realize that anything is possible. You can BE MORE, DO MORE and HAVE MORE if you're willing to LEARN MORE. Change like an Eagle
i'd like to share this one which i got from my SFC house hold meeting last tuesday.
did you know,,that the eagle is the longest living bird in the world. it CAN live upto 70 years of age. i emphasized the word CAN cause when it reaches 40 years old it has to make a crucial decision for it to continue to live for another 30 more years.
upon reaching 40 years old, and realizing that life really begins at 40, it has under gone a lot of changes in its physical form.
first, its beak is too long and too curved that it already reaches its carina or chest area making it impossible to use for feeding and grooming itself. next its talons or claws are too long that using it to snatch prey and food is really an impossible task. and lastly its feathers have grown too heavy and too many that flight for this magnificent bird is close to impossible. now with this as its predicament can you say that life really begins at 40? hehehe!!!
with this situation the eagle has two options, it can await death because of its very debilitating transformation. that's what we see as the easy way. and take the other way.
the other way is when the eagle reaches this point in its life it decides to go to the highest peak in the mountains and secludes itself in a cave and prepares itself for its transformation.
first the eagle smashes its beak to the granite rock till it breaks off and waits for another beak to form. then with the new beak it then pulls off each talons off its claws until all of it has been pulled out and new talons grow in its place. now with its new talons it then removes each feather in its entire body until it is completely bald and waits again for new, fresh feathers cover its entire body.
now the entire process of beak, talons and feather changing takes approximately 150 days. then it flies off to continue living for another 30 more years.
just like the eagle, some of us think that we are already are at the peak of lives. working at the top of the company. receiving commendations from our supervisors. but we sacrifice the most important thing in ones life. that is TIME. most of us never even try to change because we've become so COMFORTABLE with what we're doing that even thinking of changing situation and even just changing what we think is a very daunting task for most of us.
now TEAM ELITES of Shangri La, lets all TRANSFORM and soar soo high and reach our target. 1000 new millionaires by 2020.

Are your WHYs also your WHY NOTs?
do you know the real, deep reason why your in this kind of business? do you really have the slightest idea why your part of the greatest team elite ever created? (thanks to Rovel & Marsel) maybe these questions have already been answered by your own personal reasons or meanings but for me I got to find out the real WHY, why im in these business. after the seed power convention i have lots of ideas and plans that i wanted to implement right away but i cant coz' i was still in a different country and my leaders are in the land of the 3 stars and the sun. As ive told everyone i was literally being forced to grow as fast as i could coz' if not i'd be overtaken by my partners,,hehehehe!!!! but as what ms. DALAGANG alma told me "its nice to be and feel pressured coz it will make you grow" she really did made a simple yet perfect point. As the days in Genting went by I realized I wanted to go back to that place but with my WHYs as my company, being my MOM and my BABY. As i got back to reality of what we call Philippines i was full of ideas, excitement, and my dreams and goals are just a step away to becoming a reality. Then reality struck!!! BOOM!!! my so called WHYs became my WHY NOTs!!!! not clear? well as soon as reached home on a very rainy sunday my WHYs started to bombard me with what i call NEGATIVITY BULLETS!!! its sooo hard to control your emotions of not getting affected and getting angry but I know I must let it out, I dont want it to become another stuck emotions that would slow me down right? Well I soon realized that it was really upto me to make all my dreams come true. Most of the people that has been around me for the past years has been so trapped by the feelings of FEAR and GREED that they show it thru me thru caring for me. They never really said anything bad to what I was doing but I could sensed that they must SEE something FIRST before they BELIEVE. Noe at this point it made me think will it be easier and more logical if I said to myself "WHY NOT change my WHYS?" Now with this concept its so easy for many people to just change or replace the person they are with just to make it an easy way out but changing my WHYs was not really what i liked to do. I CANT change my mom and I DONT wanna' change my BABY. So it made my mind work that I must take MASSIVE ACTIONS inorder to make them and solidify their belief in me. As what we all learned it will take MASSIVE ACTION to create MASSIVE RESULTS. And creating 1000 new multi millionaires is no tiny result. Now my WHYs are still my WHYs but it fired up my desire even more to get my dreams as fast as I could and never entertain the thought of changing the meanings that Im in this business. WHY NOT stick to your DEEP WHY than be stereotypical and change your WHYs as fast as you change your shirt. Stick to your WHYs 'till you realize why!!!
LOST & FOUND: What's Missing?
last sunday, it was a very bed weather theme outside. drizzling just outside and its really hard to open my eyes at a very early time of day. but I still acted in-spite of what im feeling and what my mood was. i got up, took a bath (kahit sobrang lamig) ang dressed up to meet with other very extra-ordinary beings. our meeting place was a mcdonald's branch somewhere in ortigas,i was expecting a very casual type of coaching and mentoring with the greatest coach i've met. i assumed it was just about how to be teh right and almost perfect moderator in one of our activities, but i was wrong. it started out as what i expected but got a bit deep as we went along. then our two coaches started to ask us, "What's missing in you ?" hmmmm,,you know being around these two always made me think and made my mind work extra hours. what was missing in me? i never really thought about that,have you? we all listened for everyone's turn to share what's missing in them,,the typical skills, learnings, growth, more learnings where the usual words i heard and remembered but when my turn came up i was dumb founded, trying my best to think what else could be missing in me? more leaders? more sign ups? more guests? more time? that's what i blurted out, then it came to me from the all mighty T.R.T. (hehehe) dont focus on what i really want but focus on others WHYs,,i wanted to react but i never did,,aha!!! i controlled my feelings,i was confronted with this simple statement,it made me realize i really need to remember all the things that matter to me and i can only achieve them by helping more people around me. i cannot create 1000 new millionaires by focusing on what i want,,i'll say it again,,I CANNOT CREATE 1000 NEW MILLIONAIRES BY FOCUSING ON WHAT I WANT!!! THAT'S IT,,i got it,,true wealth is measured by knowing your flaws and making an inch by inch effort to correct it and sharing what you got form it to others, empowering them and transforming them not fixing them. now i can ask,,you,,what's missing?
NEW ME
my life revolves around my dreams and goals. i dont react to what the outer world is showing but i control what i think, feel and say thereby i know the outcome before it becomes a reality. before i will believe it when i see it, right now whatever i believe in i know i can see it to reality. i love conducting wealth course with different people and make them realize that to "NEVER BELIEVE WHATEVER THEY THINK." sounds a bit strange at first but ask me to explain this to you and i can give you the answer in our four modules of our course. its free!!! hahaha!!! want to know your financial blue print? ask me,,want to be financially free? ask me,,I BELIEVE BEING TRULY WEALTHY IS SIMPLE BUT TAKES LOTS OF WORK.
